Wilt Chamberlain, the singer

Many of you remember Wilt (The Stilt) as a Hall of Fame NBA player (1959-1973). Still, throughout high school (in Philadelphia), his best and favorite sport was track. He was fast (48:06 in the 440 yard run), had significant hops (6’6” in the high jump) and was strong (47’ shot put).

I am betting that very few of you know that he also had a very good voice! He professionally recorded two songs in 1960: “By the River and That’s Easy to Say (https://youtu.be/CCn323X3c_0?si=SM-YeKk0X7kmk60B).
